Vi Launches New Rs 289, Rs 429 Prepaid Recharge Packs With Unlimited Calling,and up to 6GB of data

The Vodafone-idea network is still struggling to roll out 5G and compete with its rivals, Airtel and Reliance Jio. The telecom operator just launched two new prepaid plans while facing challenges rolling out 5G service for its customers. The plans cost Rs 289 and Rs 429, respectively. You can now purchase both of these new Vodafone-idea plans at the Vi store and at authorized Vi retail outlets.

Vodafone is offering both of these prepaid plans under its Truly Unlimited category, which means that these plans offer unlimited voice calls. Vodafone’s new plans include 6GB of data, 1,000 SMS, and a validity period of up to 78 days. The two new Vodafone plans have a lot to offer. Let’s have a look at them all.

Vodafone Rs 289 plan

The plan offers unlimited voice calling benefits since it is part of Vodafone’s Truly Unlimited category. In addition to 600 SMS benefits, Vodafone-idea’s plan offers 4GB of data with a validity of 48 days. This plan offers 4GB of data for 48 days with no daily cap on usage, so users opting for the plan will get 4GB for 48 days.

Vodafone Rs 429 plan

Besides unlimited voice calls and data, Vodafone Rs 429 offers 1,000 SMS and 6GB of data. A 78-day validity period applies to these benefits. In this plan, Vodafone doesn’t cap data usage per day, so users opting for it will get 6GB data for 78 days.

Plans from Airtel and Reliance Jio

Also, Airtel and Reliance Jio offer similar pricing plans, which makes Vodafone’s market competition tough. In addition to unlimited voice calls, 1.5GB of data per day, and 100 SMS per day, Airtel’s Rs 299 plan offers 28 days of validity. Also included in the plan are three months of Apollo 24|7 Circle membership and Rs 100 cashback on FASTag. The Rs 299 prepaid plan from Reliance Jio, on the other hand, offers unlimited voice-calling benefits. There is also the option to receive 100 SMS each day for a validity period of 28 days alongside the 2GB of data. Among the features of the plan is unlimited JioTV, JioCinema, JioSecurity, and JioCloud access.
