Redmi Note 12 India launch date has been confirmed. The landing page of the device is now live on Xiaomi India’s website. The page confirms that the device will launch on March 30th, 2023, in India. It has also revealed the design and key features of the device.

In January, Redmi unveiled the Redmi Note 12 5G, Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G. The Note 12 model that is coming out soon is a 4G device that runs on a new Snapdragon chipset. Here is a look at all the details that are known about the Redmi Note 12 4G.

The landing page confirms that the Redmi Note 12 4G has a 120Hz Super AMOLED display, up to 11GB of RAM (including virtual RAM), 50-megapixel triple rear cameras, and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. The brand-new Snapdragon 685, which is merely an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 680, powers the Note 12.

The landing page reveals that the Note 12 will be available in beige colour. However, leaked renders that have appeared in the past have revealed that it will also arrive in blue and black.

Redmi Note 12 specifications (rumoured)

The Redmi Note 12 4G will arrive with a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have a 13-megapixel for shooting selfies and video calls. The back panel of the device will feature a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.

The Snapdragon 685-powered device will arrive with up to 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. To keep the lights on, it will feature a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. It will run on the MIUI 14-based Android 13. Its other rumoured features include a microSD card slot, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and an IP53-certified splash-resistant chassis.

Redmi Note 12 price in India

The Redmi Note 12 5G will be priced lower than its 5G variant. Hence, it is likely that it will have a sub-Rs 15,000 price tag. Apart from Xiaomi India’s website, it will also be sold through Flipkart.
