The streaming service Disney+ Hotstar has bagged the digital rights to the Mollywood film Romancham. It is scheduled to premiere on the OTT platform on April 7, 2023. The streamer has already confirmed the OTT release date of the movie on YouTube. It will stream in Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu,  and Tamil audio formats.

Saregama Malayalam shared the trailer of Romancham on YouTube nearly two months ago. So far, the trailer has received 2,352,710 views and 69K likes. Upon its release, the movie received highly positive reviews from critics. Romancham was released across 144 theatres in the state of Kerala.
