Bholaa, starring Ajay Devgn and Tabu after the blockbuster Drishyam 2 (2022), will be released theatrically on March 30, 2023. The expectations from the film are high. While Ajay Devgn plays the titular character of Bholaa, Tabu plays IPS Diana Joseph. The movie is based on the 2019 Tamil film Kaithi, written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The OTT platform Amazon Prime Video has acquired the digital streaming rights to the upcoming action thriller Bholaa. Official confirmation of the same is still pending. Users can subscribe to the streamer and watch the film after its digital release.

YouTube handle Ajay Devgn Ffilms shared the official trailer of Bholaa three weeks ago. So far, it has garnered over 47 million views and 485K likes. The response to the trailer has been very positive. Bholaa’s principal of photography began on January 13, 2022. The movie was filmed in Hyderabad, Kharghar, Mumbai, Madh Island, and Varanasi. The shooting of the movie culminated on January 6, 2023. Abhishek Bachchan makes a cameo appearance in it.
