Vivo T2 5G Flipkart Microsite Goes Official Confirming Imminent India Launch

Vivo is planning  to expand its portfolio in India with the introduction of the Vivo T2 5G series, the smartphone will join the T-series of devices with an array of new feature and significant improvements. The phone’s details have begun to appear via a Flipkart microsite, confirming the imminent launch of the smartphone in India.

The Vivo T2 5G is teased about being powered by an unspecified Snapdragon chipset from Qualcomm with 5G support. According to Vivo, the chipset’s identity will be made public on April 9. A dual rear camera arrangement with an LED flash that is contained in two circular modules on the back of the phone has also been verified by the website. The device is also hinted to have a centre-aligned water drop notch on display.

Google Play Console database details

The future device, identified by the model name Vivo V2222, was recently discovered in the Google Play Console database. The details suggest that the phone will feature a full HD+ resolution water drop notch display, Snapdragon 695 SoC, 8GB RAM, and 128GB storage. It is rumoured to function with Android 13. According to reports, the phone will come in two storage configurations: 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

Succeeding the Vivo T1 5G

The Vivo T1 5G series, which debuted last year, will be replaced by the Vivo T2 5G series. The device has a 6.58-inch full-HD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 240Hz touch sampling rate and is powered by a Snapdragon 695 5G SoC.

Launch Date and Other Details

The camera specifications for the Vivo T2 5G series will be revealed on April 7, and the display specifications are scheduled to be revealed on April 5.
