Shehzada OTT Release Date: Shehzada digital premiere postponed indefinitely

An official remake of Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (2020), the Bollywood film Shehzada tanked at the box office. The film was made on a budget of Rs. 85 crores. So far, it has not even breached the break-even point. The movie is crawling at snail’s speed at the box office and has made approximately Rs. 40 crores until now. It was released theatrically on February 17, 2023. The expectations from Shehzada were high because it was Kartik Aaryan’s return to the theatres after the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Shehzada OTT Release Date: Where and When to Stream the Film Digitally

Netflix had acquired the digital streaming rights to Shehzada. The news came out in the second week of January 2023. According to reports, Shehzada was scheduled to premiere on the streamer on April 1, 2023. However, the film has not yet arrived digitally, and no new date has been announced as of yet. Users can avail of a Netflix subscription and watch the entertainer.

T-Series shared the official trailer for Shehzada on YouTube on January 12, 2023. So far, the trailer has received over 72 million views and 802K likes. The OTT streaming rights to the film were sold to Netflix for Rs. 40 crores. The principal photography commenced on October 13, 2021, in Mumbai. It was shot in Mumbai, Delhi, and Mauritius. The filming of Shehzada concluded on January 10, 2023.

There is no affection between Bantu (Kartik Aaryan) and his father, Valmiki (Paresh Rawal). Bantu starts working for Samara (Kriti Sanon), and they fall in love. Along the way, Bantu discovers Yashoda (Manisha Koirala) and Randeep Nanda (Ronit Roy) are his biological parents. Knowing this, he arrives at the Nandas’ to help his family and get them together.
