The upcoming Hindi entertainer U-Turn stars Alaya F, Tariq Mir, Manu Rishi, Shreedhar Dubey, Apoorva Suman, Aashim Gulati, and Priyanka Arya. The film is touted as a supernatural thriller. It is based on the 2016 Kannada-language movie of the same name. The Kannada film was written and directed by Pawan Kumar. U Turn 2023 is made under the banner of Balaji Telefilms. Producer Ekta Kapoor announced the film, its digital partner, and its OTT streaming date on Instagram. U-Turn is available on Zee5. It was scheduled to premiere on the streamer on April 28, 2023. Users with a Zee5 subscription can watch the film. The Bollywood movie is  streaming in Hindi audio format with English subtitles.

The trailer of U-Turn was released on April 13th. The filming of the movie commenced in Chandigarh in July 2021. In the last week of January 2022, the shooting concluded. Zee5 is its official distributing partner.

Rachana (Alaya F), a prospective journalism intern, is looking into it. Due to a turn of events, she becomes the main suspect. What follows is what?
