The Galaxy Z Fold 5 is expected to cost around Rs 1,60,000, while the more affordable no Galaxy Z Flip 5 is likely to cost around Rs 85,000. According to reports, the Galaxy Fold 5 is expected to be available in beige, black, and light blue, while the Galaxy Z Flip 5 is rumoured to come in beige, grey, light green, and light pink colour options.

According to leaked renders, Samsung is sticking with the current Galaxy Z Fold 5 design with minor tweaks. On the other hand, we might see some drastic changes in the Galaxy Z Flip 5 as the company is expected to provide a bigger outer display, just like Motorola Razr 40 Ultra.

The Galaxy Z Fold 5 is expected to have a 7.6-inch AMOLED primary display (unfolded) and a 6.2-inch cover display from the predecessor. On the other hand, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 is likely to flaunt a 6.7-inch foldable dynamic AMOLED display and a 3.4-inch Super AMOLED cover display.

Under the hood, both the devices are said to draw power from the Galaxy-branded version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (SM8550-AC) featured on the Galaxy S23 series earlier this year. Moreover, according to leaks, the company may retain the same 50-megapixel primary shooter, 12-megapixel ultrawide sensor, and a 10MP telephoto camera for the book-type foldable. The clamshell foldable would also keep a dual-camera configuration from the Galaxy Z Fold 4 — a 12-megapixel primary unit and a 12-megapixel ultrawide sensor.

• A recent report by GalaxyClub has unveiled battery details for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5. The report, sourcing information from certification platforms across various countries, indicates that the Z Flip 5 will feature a dual-cell battery setup similar to its predecessor.
• Per the 5 CAD renders, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 will have 154.9 x 129.9 x 6.3mm dimensions in the folded state. When unfolded, it will measure 154.9 x 67.1 x 13.5mm. The overall design of the Z Fold 5 is almost identical to the Z Fold 4.
