On July 11, Nothing will officially introduce the Nothing Phone (2). On the same day, the smartphone will be revealed in India. According to Nothing, Flipkart will supply the device in India. The company has been confirming the device’s essential specs before its official launch. The brand recently confirmed the processor’s specifications and battery capacity details. Furthermore, a few days ago, we also saw the device’s renderings. The Nothing CEO Carl Pei replied to Twitter shortly after the images were released online and labelled them as “fake,” highlighting one way that leaked renders are wrong.

Additionally, there have lately been several memes circulated on Twitter that suggest the Nothing Phone (2) will resemble the Nothing Phone (1) in appearance. Carl Pei tweeted in response to seeing these memes, “To everyone sending me this: just you wait and see.” This tweet from the CEO implies once more that the renderings that have surfaced are inaccurate and that the Nothing Phone (2) will differ significantly from the Phone (1). 

While announcing the debut date for the Phone (2), the company also released a little teaser. The company’s teaser revealed that the Phone (2) would feature a minor modification in the orientation of the glyph interface, which was also shown by earlier leaked renderings.

We could see some fresh design tweaks before the Phone (2) becomes official, however, the CEO has recently refuted the renderings and suggested the fans wait and watch on Twitter. Regarding the technical details, it is known that the Nothing Phone (2) would have a 6.7-inch display. The phone could have an AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and Adreno 740 GPU will power this device from the inside out.
