Looking for a handheld gaming console? Asus is at your rescue; the Taiwanese Tech giant has finally unveiled its first-ever gaming handheld device, the ROG Ally, in India. It has flagship features like a fast refresh rate, a Ryzen chipset, and more. Let’s take a closer look at Asus’s latest gaming console.
Asus ROG Ally Features and Specifications
The Asus ROG Ally flaunts a 7-inch Full-HD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 500 nits of brightness. The display features a DTX Coating and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. It also equips display features like AMD’s FreeSync Premium, wide sRGB 100% colour gamut, and 7ms response time.
Under the hood, it draws power from AMD’s latest Ryzen ZI processor paired with AMD Radeon graphics. The console packs 16GB LPDDR5 6400 Mhz RAM, 512GB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD storage. It also has Dolby speakers and a built-in mic.
Moreover, the Asus ROG Ally runs on Windows 11 operating system and supports every game marketplace. It offers multiple options for connectivity, including a 3.5mm Combo Audio Jack, ROG XG Mobile Interface, and a USB Type-C combo port (with USB 3.2 Gen2 and DisplayPort 1.4 support).

Asus ROG Ally Price and Availability
The Asus ROG Ally costs Rs 69,990. It will be available on Flipkart, Asus’ e-store, and Asus’ retail outlets from July 12th. However, a special one-day Flipkart Flash sale is scheduled for July 7th, 2023.
Furthermore, as part of the introductory offer, Asus will give a complimentary case worth Rs 2,000 to the first 200 customers purchasing the Asus ROG Ally from the company’s official online or offline stores.
