The company has been generating excitement by teasing the budget phone extensively on its social media platforms, and the phone’s specifications have already been disclosed since its initial unveiling last month. Now, renowned tipster Abishek Yadav has leaked the Redmi 12 5G’s pricing and storage options for the Indian market. Additionally, he has treated us to exclusive live images of the phone for a hands-on preview.

Redmi 12 5G Leaked India Price

The Redmi 12 5G is set to hit the market in two impressive models – a 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and an 8GB RAM + 256GB storage option. Both devices are attractively priced. The base model will be available for Rs 9,999, while the 8GB+ 256 GB model is expected to retail for Rs 13,999. The smartphone is scheduled to be launched on August 1 in the country; it would be interesting to witness the launch event.

In addition to revealing the pricing and storage options, Abhishek also treated us to live images of the Redmi 12 5G. The images showcase both the front and back design of the phone. On the front, there is a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, along with a noticeable chin below the screen. While the exact location of the volume rocker and power button is yet to be confirmed, they are likely placed on the phone’s right edge.

Turning the phone over, you can see a triple-camera setup along with an LED flash. The back of the phone boasts a distinctive gradient design, adding to its visual appeal.
