Dream Reviews and IMDb Rating

Dream, the South Korean film, has received mixed feedback. According to the Korean Herald, it is yet another we did it sports film that lacks Lee Byeong-heon’s true colours. Like many other sports films, it falls into the trap of portraying the underdogs’ stories too dramatically. However, Koimoi has a different take. For them, Dream’s takeaway is the feel-good emotions that will boost your energy to do something you thought you couldn’t pursue any more, with Park Seo-Joon as Yoon Hong-dae standing out and getting the emotional and comic timing right. On IMDb, Dream has garnered an above-average rating of 6.8/10.
