After a long delay, the makers of Hindi series ‘Choona’ have finally announced the release date of the show. Choona was announced almost a month back, however, the delay was decided for unsaid reasons. Below is the revised OTT release date of Choona and more details regarding the same:

Audience can mostly watch Choona on Netflix on September 29, 2023. While details regarding the OTT release date of Choona has not been announced officially, a report published in Binged confirmed that the series will likey be streaming on September 29, 2023. Earlier, the show was expected to release in August 2023, however, the makers decided to delay the release and no reasons were shared for the same being postponed.

Choona Cast

Created by Pushpendra Nath Misra, Choona boasts an ensemble cast led by Jimmy Shergill, Namit Das, Monika Panwar, Arshad Warsi, Vikram Kochhar, Aashim Gulati, Chandan Roy, Niharika Lyra Dutt, Amit Sinha, Harpreet Bindra, Dheerendra Dwivedi, and Vaibhav Mehta. The show is produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Siddharth Roy Kapur, and Nikhil Advani, under the Flying Saucer banner. The musical score is given by Gaurav Dev.

Choona Story

Presented as a comedic heist series, Choona follows an unconventional assembly of outsiders as they unite against a shared formidable adversary in the form of a ruthless, superstitious politician. Determined to take a revenge, they make an audacious plan to turn the politician’s superstitions to their advantage. The backdrop of the show is set against a fictional town of Choonaganj, under the grip of the corrupt Shukla, a politician who believes in astrology and black magic, while wielding considerable power and garnering numerous foes.
