Nokia G42 5G has been launched in India. Earlier this year, the company announced the Nokia X30 5G as its first 5G-enabled smartphone in India. The G42 that has gone official today is the second 5G offering from the brand in the country. Unlike the X30, which was priced at Rs 48,999, the G42 is an affordable device priced at under Rs 15,000.

The Nokia G42 comes with key features, such as a 90Hz display, a Snapdragon 4-series chipset, a big battery with fast charging support, and 50-megapixel triple rear cameras. The brand has also confirmed that G42 users will receive two Android OS upgrades and three years of security updates.

The Nokia G42 5G has arrived in India with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage. It is available in three colours: So Grey and So Purple.
