The Galaxy A05s will arrive as a successor to the Galaxy A04s, which debuted in October last year. Like A04s, its successor will be an entry-level offering. To recall, the A04s offered a 6.5-inch PLS LCD HD+ display, an Exynos 850 chip, 4GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging, a 5-megapixel front camera, and a 50-megapixel triple camera system on the back. The Galaxy A05s CAD renders show that it has a waterdrop notch display on the front. Being a low-budget model, the A05s is likely to come equipped with an LCD panel. On the back, the device features a triple camera unit. The volume buttons and a power button, which are integrated with a fingerprint sensor, are available on the right side of the Galaxy A05s. The left edge of the device is barren.

The bottom side of the device features a SIM slot, a microphone, a USB Type-C port, and a speaker grille. Its top edge also features a microphone.

At present, not much is known about the Galaxy A05s’ specifications. The report states that the device is equipped with a 6.6-inch screen, but there is no word on whether it supports an FHD+ or HD+ resolution. The FCC certification of the device revealed that it will arrive with a 4,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging. The other details of the smartphone are yet to be revealed.

Samsung Galaxy A05s launch timeframe (expected)

The Galaxy A05s is expected to launch soon in different markets. It is most likely that the device will debut in September or October of this year. The Galaxy A04s was priced at Rs 13,499 in India. Hence, it is likely that the successor edition will arrive at a similar price.
