The Samsung Galaxy S24 series has garnered considerable attention in recent times. There were initial expectations of Samsung supporting up to 65W fast charging in its Galaxy S24 series, but the latest information suggests otherwise.
Now, the Samsung Galaxy S24 bearing the model number SM-S9210, the Samsung Galaxy S24+ with the model number SM-S9260, and the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra sporting model number SM-S9280 have surfaced on the 3C certification authority in China.
Same charging speeds as last year
The 3C listing reveals that the Galaxy S24 series will stick with the charging speeds of its predecessors, retaining 25W for the standard Galaxy S24, while the Galaxy S24+ and S24 Ultra will maintain the 45W charging speeds.
It remains uncertain whether Samsung will adopt stacked battery technology for its S24 series models. Currently, leaked battery specifications appear promising, with the standard Galaxy S24 expected to feature a 4,000mAh battery, the S24+ equipped with a 4,900mAh cell, and the S24 Ultra retaining a 5,000mAh battery.
