Vivo Y200 5G has been officially teased in India. The upcoming Y200 5G is set to be the successor to the previously launched Vivo Y100 5G, which made its debut earlier this year in the market.

Although Vivo has kept the specific details about the Y200 5G under wraps, a report from last month provided comprehensive information about the device. Interestingly, this announcement comes at a time when the Y100 5G has recently received its second price reduction. Some of the major highlights of the Y200 include a 120Hz AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 4-series chip, 64-megapixel dual cameras, and a big battery. Vivo Y200 5G specifications (rumoured)

The above teaser hints that the Vivo Y200 5G will debut this month in India. Like the Y100, the successor model is endorsed by Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan. Here is a look at the rumoured specifications of the device.

The Vivo Y200 5G will feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display that offers an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will be equipped with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset, 8GB of RAM, 8GB of virtual RAM, and 128GB of built-in storage.

For photography, the device will have a 16-megapixel front camera and a 64-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 2-megapixel (bokeh) dual-camera system on the back. The rear camera setup will be complemented by a smart Aura light LED flash and wedding-style portrait photography features, which is also available on the Vivo V29 series.

The Y200 5G will house a 4,800mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. For security, it will feature an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The device will run on Android 13 and FunTouch OS 13. It will measure 7.96mm in thickness and weigh 190 grams.

Vivo Y200 5G price in India (expected)

The Vivo Y100 5G was priced at Rs 24,999 at launch. Hence, it is likely that the Y200 5G may cost around Rs 25,000.
