OPPO Enhances After-Sales Service Across India with Service Centre 3.0

OPPO India has launched Service Centre 3.0, extending its after-sales service to cover 25,000 PIN codes in the country. This expansion includes a pick-up and drop service aimed at providing increased accessibility for customers.
As part of the initiative, OPPO has optimized processes to ensure a 24-hour turnaround time (TAT) for 80% of smartphone repairs, encompassing software issues, screen and battery replacements, speaker damage, and touchscreen malfunctions. Customer Service 3.0, introduced last year, offers one-hour onsite repairs for select devices, free pick-up and drop, new product demonstrations, and debit/credit card-based EMI options on repairs.
Customers opting for the 24-hour send-in repair service can schedule free pick-up and drop for their smartphones via the OPPO India website. The repair TAT begins upon the device’s arrival at the nearest service centre, with transparent repair services allowing customers to observe technicians addressing issues in real-time.
To enhance customer communication, regular updates on repair progress are provided through SMS and WhatsApp. In instances where devices are collected from remote areas, the pick-up, repair, and delivery process is completed within 5 to 7 days. Customers can also use @OPPOCareIN on Twitter or Facebook to access the Send-in repair service.
Coinciding with the Service Centre 3.0 launch, OPPO India has introduced festive offers at its service centres from November 6 to November 10. These include a 25% discount on repairs for display, mainboard, and battery, a 10% discount on phone accessories, and complimentary protective film, back cover, and phone disinfection services.
For users of the Find N2 Flip and Find N3 Flip foldables, OPPO India offers premium service with international warranty rights, a dedicated helpline, and bank debit/credit card EMI options for repairs. Find N3 Flip users enjoy additional benefits, such as a 2-hour flash fix at OPPO service centres, a replacement service for screen guards and back covers, and a 15% discount on screen replacements under warranty.
With a nationwide network of over 550 authorized service outlets, OPPO has upgraded 24 service centres to meet the Service Centre 3.0 standards, with plans to elevate 40 more centres by the end of 2024. This expansion aims to provide an improved customer experience for OPPO users throughout the country.
