The upcoming Nothing Phone 2a marks the third smartphone release by the brand, following the original Nothing Phone (1) and Phone (2). While the initial model featured the Snapdragon 778G, the Phone (2) came equipped with the high-end Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 flagship chipset and was priced at Rs 44,999 (~$539). The branding of “Phone 2a” indicates a potential focus on affordability, with expectations that it could be priced around Rs 30,000 (~$359). Here is a look at the rumored specifications of the device.

According to leaker Sanju Chaudhary, the Nothing Phone 2a has the AIN42 model number and packs a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that offers a 120Hz refresh rate. As far as design is concerned, the display will have a centred punch hole, and its rear panel will be flanked by the Glyph interface.
