Sony launches EZ20L series of professional Bravia TVs in India

Sony has launched the EZ20L series of professional Bravia televisions in India. Designed for commercial use, the new 4K TV series, which comes in varied sizes ranging from 43 to 75 inches, is suitable for corporate and retail applications.

The lineup includes five models, such as FW-75EZ20L (75-inch), FW-65EZ20L (65-inch), FW-55EZ20L (55-inch), FW-50EZ20L (50-inch), and FW-43EZ20L (43-inch). The EZ20L models feature basic professional features such as simplified pro settings, RS-232C support, standard IP control, 16/7 operation, and 350 nits brightness, which promises better visibility indoors.

According to Sony, the EZ20L lineup can meet diverse business requirements and can address budget-conscious needs in corporate, educational, and retail settings. The series comes with features such as easy installation, thin bezels, a wide viewing angle, a pre-installed Bravia Signage app, administrative functionality, built-in mirroring, 4K Processor X1, 4K X-Reality Pro, and sustainability features such as eco-friendly packaging, power-saving mode, and recycled materials.

Sony also announces a partnership with Zeetaminds, a Chennai-based digital signage software solutions provider. The EZ20L series complements Sony’s existing lineup of 4K HDR professional Bravia displays, including the BZ50L, BZ40L, BZ35L, and BZ30L models, each offering unique benefits, image quality, professional features, and price points.

The 98-inch BZ50L flagship TV, powered by Sony XR processing, delivers top-notch picture quality and 780 nits of brightness. The BZ40L series features a deep black non-glare coating for high haze, low reflection, deep blacks, and high contrast. The BZ35L series, offered in 55-inch to 75-inch screen size options, has more storage, 550 nits of brightness, and an X1 processor, while the BZ30L series, available in 43-inch to 85-inch screen size options, offers 440 nits of brightness and 4K HDR X1 processing.

The EZ20L 4K series will be available in India from January 25th, 2024, with a 3-year standard warranty and can be purchased through Sony Authorized Distributors at various price points. The 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch, and 75-inch models will be available for Rs 90,000, Rs 1,10,000, Rs 1,25,000, Rs 1,75,000, and Rs 2,75,000, respectively.
