Amidst Mumbai’s chaotic traffic rhythm, an unexpected spectacle delighted both automobile enthusiasts and curious bystanders. In the Worli area, a distinctive three-wheeler, markedly different from the familiar autorickshaws that navigate the city’s streets, made its presence known. Not only did the video capture the attention of passersby and online users, but Harsh Goenka also shared the post on his Twitter page. The video captures the three-wheeler’s graceful halt at a traffic light as it makes a striking appearance.

Social media users shared clips of the clip online, guessing the vehicle model, and among them was an X user, who identified it as a Lynx Lean Electric, a three-wheeler manufactured by Lynx Cars. Developed by Lynx Cars, a Danish company, the Lynx Lean Electric is a three-wheel tilting vehicle. The viral car, however, was referred to as the Carver electric scooter-car, which is expected to retail for around Rs 10 lakh in India.

Lynx and Carver Car Comparison

The Lynx car has a top speed of 169 km/h, with an acceleration rate of 0 to 100 km/h in 7 seconds, according to the manufacturer’s website. It has a 12 kWh Lithium Manganese pack with a discharge rate of 10C and a charge rate of 3C.

For a 60 km/h top speed, the Carver is equipped with 2,000-watt electric motors in each wheel (4,000 watts total). In eight seconds, the scooter accelerates from 0 to 45 km/h. For an effective driving range of 100 km, the scooter is equipped with a 5.4 kWh lithium battery. The Carver has been designed to be a small and compact vehicle. It was for this purpose that the Dynamic Vehicle Control System (DVC) was developed. As a result, the Carver will not fall over while driving. This results in super handling, agility, and cornering stability. This electric vehicle is compact, sustainably powered, and has a high degree of efficiency. Moreover, the car is available in four different colours – tangerine, metallic blue, grey and white.

Batmobile in Mumbai

Meanwhile, many people on social media closely compared the two, expressing their interest in the extraordinary car that appeared on their city’s streets. In contrast, others dubbed it “Common Man’s Batmobile,” referring to a custom-built vehicle in the fictional world of Batman. It was impossible for Desi netizens not to be enthralled by autorickshaws and wonder if this was merely a quirky modification to their daily transportation.
