Samsung Galaxy Xcover 7 has been launched in India. While the brand has been launching the Xcover-branded rugged phones in the global market, they were never made available in India. The phone, which comes in standard and enterprise editions, is aimed at users seeking durability and functionality in their devices.

With an IP68 rating and MIL-STD 810H certification, the Galaxy Xcover 7 is designed to withstand harsh conditions and shocks. The unique phone comes in a rugged body and offers a removable battery. Another good thing about the device is that it comes with support for 5G connectivity. Here is a look at the specifications, features, and price of the Galaxy Xcover 7.

The Galaxy Xcover 7 is fitted with a 6.6-inch TFT display with FHD+ resolution. The screen, which is shielded by a layer of Gorilla Glass Victus+, can be used with leather gloves or in wet environments. It packs a 4,050mAh battery that supports 15W charging. However, the charger is not included in the retail package of the device.

Under the hood, the Galaxy XCover7 is said to be equipped with the Dimensity 6100 Plus chipset, coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Additionally, users have the flexibility to expand storage further via the microSD card slot.

In terms of photography, the Galaxy XCover7 features a 50-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front camera. Moreover, the device supports 5G connectivity and offers options such as dual SIM and eSIM support. The Galaxy XCover7’s standard edition is priced at Rs 27,208 and comes with a 1-year warranty, while the enterprise edition, priced slightly higher at Rs 27,530, includes a 12-month subscription to Knox Suite and a 2-year warranty. The device comes in black colour only.
