Xiaomi 14 Ultra RAM and storage variants have been leaked for the Chinese market. The leak has emerged before the alleged global launch event, which is expected to take place on February 25th, 2024. It is also being said that the company may hold a dedicated launch event in China on February 22nd to unveil three products, such as the Xiaomi SU7 car, the Xiaomi Pad 6s Pro tablet equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, and the Xiaomi 14 Ultra.

The new leaks revealed that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra may come in three variants, such as 12GB of RAM + 256GB storage, 16GB RAM + 256GB storage, and 16GB RAM + 1TB storage. The phone is also said to have a special titanium version that may arrive with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.

To recall, the 16GB+1TB variant of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra was priced at RMB 7,299 at launch. The leaker said if there is no price increase, the 16GB+1TB version of the 14 Ultra will have the same price, whereas its titanium edition will cost 500 Yuan more. He also said that if there is a price hike, the 16GB+1TB titanium variant will cost around RMB 8,000.

According to reports, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be equipped with a 6.73-inch OLED curved-edge screen integrated with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. The display will offer a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will sport a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

For selfies, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra may feature a 32-megapixel camera on the front. The back panel of the device is expected to feature a Leica-engineered LYT-900 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS support and an f/1.63 to f/4.0 aperture variable aperture. It will be coupled with an IMX858 50-megapixel ultra-wide snapper, an IMX858 50-megapixel telephoto camera with OIS support, and an IMX858 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom and OIS support.

The 14 Ultra will pack a 5,300mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging support. It is expected to run on Android 14 with a layer of HyperOS on top. In addition, it is likely to feature an IP68-rated dustproof and water-resistant chassis.
