Now, for the first time, the brand is launching the standard version of its flagship phone in the country.

In October, Xiaomi unveiled the Xiaomi 14 for the Chinese market. The brand will showcase the device along with the Xiaomi 14 Ultra for the global market on February 25th, 2024, at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) tech exhibition. Hence, all the details about its specifications are already known. The below shown teaser confirms that the green edition of the Xiaomi 14 will be released in India. The Xiaomi 14 has a 6.36-inch AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The device runs on HyperOS flavoured Android 14.

On the front, the Xiaomi 14 has a 32-megapixel selfie camera. Its rear shell has a 50-megapixel OmniVision OV50H main camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.

Under the hood, the Xiaomi 14 has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. In China, the device is available with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It packs a 4,610mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging support. In addition, the device comes with an IP68-rated dustproof and water-resistant chassis.

Xiaomi 14 price in India (expected)

There is no information on the price of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra for the Indian market. It can be said based on the specifications that the device may carry a sub-Rs 60,000 starting price. Apart from green, the Xiaomi 14 is available in black, pink, and silver shades in China. It is unclear whether the device will be available in all four colour options in the country.
