Vivo V30 Pro 5G camera specifications have been leaked in a report by 91mobiles. Vivo will be launching the V30 and V30 Pro smartphones on Feb. 28, but the company is yet to confirm the launch date for the Indian market. Speculations suggest that the next-generation V-series phones may break cover in March in the country.

Well ahead of the launch, the publication has revealed the different camera sensors that will be available on the Vivo V30 Pro. Initial reports claimed that the device will have the same specs that are available on the Vivo S18 Pro, which is exclusively available in China. The S18 Pro has a 50-megapixel (Sony IMX920, main) + 50-megapixel (Samsung JN1, ultra-wide) + 12-megapixel (IMX663, telephoto) triple camera unit. The new leak claims that the V30 Pro will have a different camera setup.

The publication claims that the Vivo V30 Pro 5G’s ZEISS-branded rear camera setup will include an OIS-enabled Sony IMX920 50-megapixel primary camera and a Sony IMX816 50-megapixel telephoto camera. Additionally, the device will include an ultra-wide lens, although specific details about it have not been disclosed. For selfies, it will have an autofocus-enabled 50-megapixel front camera.

The report also states that the Vivo 30 Pro will come in shades, such as black and blue. The V30 will also come in the same colour options, along with a gradient green variant.

The Vivo V30 Pro 5G is expected to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution of 2,800 x 1,260 pixels. It will also offer a 120Hz refresh rate and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. It is said to be powered by the Dimensity 8200 chipset and 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM. The device may come in 256GB and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage options.

The V30 Pro will run on FunTouch OS 14-based Android 14 and pack a 5,000mAh battery with 80W rapid charging support. In addition, the device will have an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance. It is likely that the device could be priced at around Rs 40,000.
