Tipster Revegnus mentioned in a recent X post that TM Roh has confirmed that a fully charged Galaxy Ring can last for up to nine days. It will have pogo pins for charging and is said to arrive with a special power adapter.

TM Roh also confirmed that the Galaxy Ring can measure sleep and blood oxygen saturation. These health data will be accessible on a paired phone via the Samsung Health app. It is likely that the Galaxy Ring may also be able to track heart rate and workouts. However, due to the lack of GPS, it may not allow users to track outdoor activities.

The Galaxy Ring may also come equipped with various health tracking sensors, including EEC and PPG. It is likely that the smart ring may support a discreet alert system through vibrations or LED lights for calls and messages.

Samsung Galaxy Ring launch timeframe (rumoured)

Samsung is expected to hold its next major launch event in July of this year. The event is likely to see the arrival of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and the Galaxy Z Flip 6. It is likely that the company may unveil the Galaxy Ring alongside the next generation of foldables.

In terms of price, the Galaxy Ring is likely to be positioned between the Galaxy Fit 3 fitness tracker and the Galaxy Watch 6. Hence, it is likely to cost around Rs 8,000. In related news, Apple is also said to be working on a smart ring to rival the Galaxy Ring.
