BTS member Min Yoon-gi, professionally called Agust D and SUGA, needs no introduction. The rapper, record producer, and songwriter enjoys a humungous fanbase, just like the other Bangtan Boys members (BTS). Currently, the rapper is on a worldwide concert tour, the “SUGA Agust D Tour,” for his debut studio album, D-Day. It kicked off in Elmont, New York, on April 26, 2023. Big Hit Music announced SUGA’s tour with dates on Valentine’s Day this year. Ever since the dates were out, the Army could not keep calm, and the tickets were sold out hours after being announced. Min Yoon-gi/ SUGA Ready to be Samsung’s Brand Ambassador —  Samsung, are you listening?

On April 29, 2023, Suga World Tour’s third event happened at the Prudential Center in Newark. The concert was a roaring success. The highlight was when the rapper mentioned ‘only galaxies here’ and requested Samsung mobile phones to only film him.

Moreover, in a new reel circulating online, Suga can be heard expressing keen interest in promoting Samsung. He mentions that his TV is also a Samsung model. In the video, he can be seen holding a green Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphone with the words “D-Day” engraved on it. Samsung announced its Galaxy S23 Ultra in India in the month of February 2023.

The conversation did not end only there. SUGA, in one of his live on the Weverse after the concert, not only showed off his Galaxy smartphone but also mentioned that he would love to be the brand ambassador for Samsung. He further adds that he has a Samsung TV too. The clip has been going viral.

 

The Army, the innumerable fans and followers, us included, cannot help but wonder what is cooking between SUGA and the brand Samsung.

Jimin and SUGA React to the Audience ‘WOOH’ Reaction

The Samsung Galaxy was not the only thing that has been grabbing headlines from SUGA’s recent world tour. Another BTS star Park Ji-min a.k.a Jimin was also in the US. He has recently been appointed as the brand ambassador for Tiffany and Co and was at the opening of  luxury brand’s flagship store opening celebration in New York. He joined his friend and bandmate, SUGA, in his Weverse live, and SUGA can be heard asking Jimin about the audience’s reaction, “wooh wooh wooh” during the concert.

Jimin also kept his promise that he made in his appearance during the Suchwita to make an appearance at the SUGA’s concert. He was seen cheering for his fellow bandmate and brother.  The cheering has indeed caught SUGA’s attention. The Army continues to shower unending love on their beloved Agust D., a.k.a. Suga. The Suga Agust D Tour will conclude on June 25, 2023, at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul, South Korea. We are sure the Army fans in India might wish for a SUGA concert in the subcontinent; maybe next time, they might plan one!
