The OPPO Reno 10 Pro+ 5G, with model number PHU110, has been powered by an SoC dubbed “taro,” which is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC with a max clock speed of 3.0GHz, according to the Geekbench website. The chipset has four efficiency cores clocked at 1.8GHz and three performance cores with a 2.5GHz clock speed. It has an Adreno 730 GPU for graphics. There is a 12GB RAM model of the smartphone as well as a 16GB RAM variant. The storage capacity of the gadget can be 256GB or 512 GB.

The smartphone will be powered by Android 13 with ColorOS 13 on top. The Reno 10 Pro+ 5G scored 1271 and 3930 points on the single-core and multi-core tests on Geekbench, respectively.

It is a little bit strange that Oppo chose the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, a CPU known for overheating, given that makers are using Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 for their luxury mid-range products. It might be best to take this listing with a grain of salt, though, as there has been no confirmation of it as of yet.
