In June, a publication released the CAD renders of the Galaxy A25 5G. The report revealed that the device will arrive with a 6.44-inch screen that has a waterdrop notch. While it is unclear whether it features an AMOLED or LCD panel, the screen is said to support an FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.

The leaked renders also revealed that the Galaxy A25 5G is equipped with a side-facing fingerprint scanner and a triple camera unit. It is speculated to feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. For selfies, it may feature a 13-megapixel lens. There is a possibility that the device could be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W charging.
