CMF Watch Pro Review: An Affordable Smartwatch That’s Sure to Impress

Prepend to the content

The CMF by Nothing Watch Pro is a budget-friendly smartwatch that offers excellent value for your money. It boasts robust build quality, a fantastic interface, built-in GPS, and a commendable battery life. I had the chance to put this device to the test, and it didn’t disappoint. In this comprehensive review, I’ll delve into the Watch Pro’s design, functionality, and overall performance to assist you in determining if it’s the right fit for your needs.

Design and Build Quality

One of the initial things you’ll notice about the CMF Watch Pro is its sturdy build quality. Crafted to exude a premium feel, this smartwatch adeptly strikes a balance between being lightweight and substantial. Despite its relatively larger size, it doesn’t look out of place, even on average-sized wrists. The orange straps add a touch of style, and, more importantly, they offer exceptional comfort during extended wear.

Display and Interface

The Watch Pro features a 1.96-inch 58Hz square AMOLED display with an impressive 600+ nits peak brightness and a resolution of 410×502. The outcome is a vivid and sharp visual experience. What truly sets it apart in the budget smartwatch category is its remarkably smooth touch interface, making navigation a breeze. The device provides a user-friendly interface through its accompanying app, enabling efficient customisation of watch faces and notification management.

Performance

The inclusion of built-in GPS is a noteworthy feature, and during my testing, it performed admirably, accurately tracking my location. However, in densely vegetated areas or amidst high-rise buildings, it may take a few minutes to lock onto your location. The calling experience on the Watch Pro is surprisingly decent, with a good microphone and speakers, though it’s not a feature that sees extensive use in the smartwatch world.

Health Monitoring

The Watch Pro doesn’t cut corners when it comes to health monitoring features. It includes 24-hour health monitoring, blood oxygen saturation tracking, sleep and stress monitoring, hydration reminders, and movement goals. While these sensors provided accurate data during my tests, it’s essential to note that a dedicated medical device is always recommended for precise health measurements. Nevertheless, the Watch Pro can serve as an indicator of potential issues, which is valuable.

Battery Life

Impressively, the Watch Pro delivers remarkable battery life, lasting approximately a week on a single charge. Even with extensive use during daily outdoor running sessions, it managed to keep up. This longevity is a significant selling point, especially for those who want to avoid frequent recharging.

Price

The Grey variant of the Watch Pro is priced at Rs 4,499, while the Orange variant costs Rs 4,999.

It offers a robust build quality, an outstanding interface, built-in GPS, and commendable battery life. It’s a well-rounded device that lives up to its promises without breaking the bank.
