A Killer Paradox will be available on the entertainment streaming behemoth Netflix in selected regions, including the United States. It will arrive on OTT on February 9, 2024.

In 2022, Lee Chang-hee, who worked on the film The Vanished and Hell Is Other People, was announced as the series director. Kim Da-min, who won the grand prize in the 2019 Gyeonggi Scenario Planning and Development Feature Category, was revealed to be the writer of A Killer Paradox. The casting of Choi Woo-shik, Son Suk-ku, and Lee Hee-joon was confirmed on August 19, 2022.
