Vivo V30 Pro full specifications, renders leaked ahead of launch

Vivo V30 Pro’s full specifications and renders have been leaked in a new report by 91mobiles. The leak has surfaced before the Vivo V30 series’ launch, which is set to take place on February 28th, 2024, in Thailand.

The Vivo V30 and V30 Pro are also expected to launch soon in India. However, there is no clarity on whether both phones will be announced this month or in March in the country. There are several reports that the Vivo V30 Pro will be identical to the Vivo S18 Pro, which is exclusively available in China. However, the new report confirms that the V30 Pro and S18 Pro will differ in two aspects, namely the chipset and the telephoto camera. The rest of the specifications appear to be identical on both devices.

Vivo V30 Pro specifications (rumoured)

According to the report, the Vivo V30 Pro will have a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel that offers 2,800 x 1,260 pixels resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an under-display fingerprint scanner. In terms of design, the leaked images show that it has a punch-hole screen with curved edges on the front. The back panel of the phone has two square-shaped modules, out of which, the first one houses three cameras, and the other one has an LED flash and Smart Aura Light.

The Vivo V30 Pro will feature the Dimensity 8200 chipset and its rear-facing ZEISS branded camera setup will have a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera. In comparison, the Vivo S18 Pro has the Dimensity 9200+ chip and a 50-megapixel (main, OIS) + 50-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 12-megapixel (telephoto) triple camera unit.

On the front, the Vivo V30 Pro will have an autofocus-assisted 50-megapixel front camera. The device will arrive with FunTouch OS 14-based Android 14. It will feature LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging, NFC support, and an IP54-rated chassis. The device will measure 164.4 x 75.1 x 7.5mm and weigh 188 grams.

Vivo V30 Pro price in India (rumoured)

The rumour mill is yet to spill details about the Vivo V30 Pro’s price in India. To recall, the V29 Pro was priced at Rs 39,999 at launch. Hence, it is likely that the successor edition may carry a similar price. The device is expected to arrive in at least black and green colour options.
