Xiaomi has unveiled its new series of smart TVs called the smart TV A Series in India. It includes three screen sizes (32-inch, 40-inch, and 43-inch) and features like Dolby Audio, Vivid Picture Engine, and more. Additionally, users can access over 200 live channels through the Patchwall and PatchWall+ content discovery platforms. Let’s take a closer look at Xiaomi’s latest offerings.

The 32-inch model offers an HD display with a 1366 x 768 pixel resolution, a 60Hz screen refresh rate, and a wide 178-degree viewing angle. On the other hand, the 40-inch and 43-inch variants come with a Full HD display having a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and support for the Vivid Picture Engine. All three models are equipped with two 20W speakers supporting Dolby Audio and DTS technology (DTS Virtual: X is available only in the 40 and 43-inch variants).

Powering this smart TV series is a quad-core Cortex A35 processor and a Mali G31 MP2 GPU, combined with 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of storage space. The TVs run on Google TV, supporting voice commands through Google Assistant, built-in Chromecast, and access to Google Play Store. To enhance content discovery, it includes PatchWall and PatchWall+, offering features like Universal Search, Kids Mode with Parental Lock, Language Universe, and Mi Home Integration.

In terms of connectivity, the Xiaomi smart TV A Series includes Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi 802.11, two HDMI ports, two USB ports, two Ethernet ports, one AV port, and a 3.5mm jack. A Xiaomi Bluetooth remote comes bundled with the TVs.

The smart TV A Series 32-inch variant costs Rs 14,999, while the 40-inch and 43-inch variants are priced at Rs 22,999 and Rs 24,999 respectively. These smart TVs will be available on Flipkart, retail stores, Mi Homes, and Xiaomi India’s official website (Mi.com) starting from July 25. Moreover, as an introductory offer, the 32-inch variant is available at a special price of Rs 13,999.
